To our cherished and loyal customers:

We regret to announce that for the first time in 33 years of business we will be closing our doors indefinitely to the public, however we will still be taking orders (continue reading for more information). We have been trying to stay open for as long as we could, while always having the health and safety of our family, employee (and his family), and customers as our first priority.

With recent government requests that unessential businesses close if possible, the fact that many of our suppliers have already shut down, and considering our incoming orders have come to a near halt, we have decided today will be our final day open to the public.

We will still be taking orders via email (engraver@eastlink.ca) or by phoning our home location (902-757-2414). If placing an order, we will arrange a time for dropoff/pickup/payment where we can respect social distancing protocols. Please do no hesitate to contact us with any questions or potential orders!

Although our house has always been a welcome location for everyone, including our customers, we request that no one goes any further than our veranda (ie. refrain from coming in our actual house) because we have an immediate family member with a compromised immune system.

If anyone is interested in buying a gift card (GC) to use in the future, please reach out in one of the ways listed above. We are currently offering an incentive when purchasing a GC.
$35 GC for only $30.
$60 GC for only $50.
$100 GC for only $80.

We are emailing and calling anyone who currently has an order waiting for pickup or payment with us. If you would like to pay an outstanding invoice, please send us an email transfer (engraver@eastlink.ca), or drop off cash/cheque to our home location. We are unsure of what will be happening with the postal system, so we suggest avoiding monies sent via that method.

We truly appreciate everyone's continued support and understanding. Please enjoy this time with your families as much as possible and remember to wash your hands and stay healthy! This too shall pass. We look forward to serving you again in, hopefully, the very near future.
